Lie Press is not a franchise with a script. Nyla owns the clamp. Reed owns the copper. Inez owns the photographs and the wedges that keep digging Rock Canyon. If you want a fourth opinion, bring a friend. Do not expect a fourth employee.
Press lead · Suite 9
Nyla Crowe
Opened the shop in 2016 after a decade of watching a Springville muni send “too upright” players back onto Utah dirt that was clearly eating their toes. She started in a garage, then took the pew, the ram, and the ticket window on University Avenue. She will refuse a hosel that already looks like a rumor.
Paint and read
Reed Hatch
Learned sole polish at a canyon course where the superintendent watered like a skeptic. He treats copper paint as a ballot, not a decoration. If you arrive in campus sneakers, he will still paint, and he will write “sneakers” on the ticket in a size you can read from the door.
Wedges, putters, camera
Inez Calderon
Keeps the copper tray honest and the camera on a clamp so nobody can later claim the heel moon was a mood. She is the one who will tell you your sand wedge is lying about bounce when the toe has been the only thing touching Provo dirt since May.
Who is not here
We do not employ a swing lecturer
If you want a lesson, there are people in the valley who do that with patience we do not have on a ram morning. We will send you to them. We will not split an hour between a lecture and a bend — that is how both jobs get done badly. Read lesson or press before you book the wrong ticket.
